Monier Manor is concerned for your health and wellbeing. Due to the COVID virus outbreak we are making the following changes to insure your safety:
1. We are limiting our room availability to two rooms and are accepting only one set of guests per night. If you are a family and need both rooms that is why we have 2 rooms available.
2. We will not be serving meals but you are welcome to get take out and eat in our dining room.
3. We are open 7 days a week beginning April 1. We have always received high marks for cleanliness in our house and we will go even further to insure your protection.
4. All reservations are $150 per night.
If you are desperate to get away from home for a few days call us and come out to the country to invest in a little mental health.

We are thrilled to welcome you to our home whether you are here for a family event or using Monier Manor as your base to explore we want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
Changes in the vacation rental marketplace have required some changes at Monier Manor as well. In order to remain competitive with sites like AirBnb and to eliminate the excessive commissions from sites like Expedia and Hotels.com we are now accepting reservations directly by phone or email. We commit to get back to you within 24 hours or less confirming your request for a room.
We offer all rooms for a rate of $150 per night per room with no breakfast provided. There is a coffee unit in the guest hallway upstairs and a refrigerator for your convenience. If you would like a breakfast included with your stay please let us know at time of booking and we can quote you a rate to include a meal. We have found many of our guests are here to see family or attend a wedding and want to meet with family or would prefer to explore some of our local restaurants so we have reduced our rates to accommodate that preference.
There is an additional charge of $20 per person or per extra bed in the room if you request more than the one bed in each room or more than 2 people in each room.
You may request to rent all rooms for an event such as a family reunion or a wedding, we do require a deposit for that weekend at the time of booking and you MUST cancel within 14 days of the date of the event to receive any refund on your deposit. If you book all 3 rooms for a wedding and you have “no shows” that weekend you will still be responsible for the entire rental whether your guests show up or not unless we can rebook the rooms. Deposit for all rooms rental is $200.
In High Season (June 15-October 15) we require a 2 night stay on weekends. Any other time of year or day of the week you are welcome to stay a single night.
